McNair Village Neighborhood

The McNair community is located just east of the Fort Hood Main Gate on Tank Destroyer Blv. There are three key streets  that will assist you in viewing our beautiful community with Tank Destroyer being the main street. The other two streets that are clearly visible as you drive up Tank Destroyer is Safi Rd and Casablanca Rd. 

Our McNair property are two bedroom town homes that are equipped with amenities such as refrigerators with ice makers, stand alone ovens large enough to cook a full size turkey.  Also included are dishwashers and more than enough kitchen cabinet spaces that would cause any family to smile.  There are some other great amenities such as storage rooms and a back yard privacy fence that varies in size.  Our master bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and central air throughout the homes.

The community host four large playgrounds for the children to run and play as Mom and Dad watches with  smiles on their faces.  The community also offers a Shoppette and a Skating Rink as you take a left on 37th street as you drive up Tank Destroyer Blvd.  In order to serve you better, FHFH has a Administration Office located on our Chaffee property at 6337-1  37th street for your convenience. The Administration Office is designed to assist you with almost all of your housing needs.  We are equipped with a staff that consists of a Community Manager, Assistant Manager and two Residential Service Coordinators to assist you with all your housing administration needs.
