Comanche III Neighborhood
Comanche III is located on the west side of Fort Hood, it offer, three & four bedrooms duplex homes for Junior Enlisted, Junior/Senior NCOs’ and Company Grade Officers. These homes were built in the late 1970’s and 2005, and are equipped with carpet or tile flooring, a full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and stove. Other amenities include a storage area, fence, central air and heat.
Comanche III offer a Community Center where residents can relax or watch television. The Center offers free movies rental as well as; a fitness center, internet café, playroom for toddlers, and splash park. The community has 13 playgrounds, several pavilions with picnic tables, grills, and a tennis and basketball court all within walking distance. The neighborhood has a Community Life Building where residents can rent for private parties or gatherings.
