Chaffee Village Neighborhood

The Chaffee Village Community Office is located at 6337-1 37th Street. The community is situated east of the main gate located on Tank Destroyer Blvd.  The property offers two bedroom/one bath garden style homes and also proudly offers two bedrooms/ 1 ½ bath homes.  Some of these units include an additional bonus room.  

Comanche I Neighborhood

Comanche III Neighborhood

Comanche III is located on the west side of Fort Hood, it offer, three & four bedrooms duplex homes for Junior Enlisted, Junior/Senior NCOs’ and Company Grade Officers. These homes were built in the late 1970’s and 2005, and are equipped with carpet or tile flooring, a full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and stove.  Other amenities include a storage area, fence, central air and heat.

Kouma Village Neighborhood

Kouma Village is centrally located in the western region of Fort Hood, Texas.  The village and its streets are named in honor of United States Army Soldiers who served proudly.  Our homes feature spacious  three, four or five  bedroom floor plans, complete kitchens with privacy fenced yards  and carports or garages.

McNair Village Neighborhood
