Spring on over for Pershing & Venable's Spring Fling. This event takes place during Spring Break, so bring the family over for the afternoon of March 16th 11:00-1:00pm to Hi Chaparral Youth Center.  Spring Fling will be themed around SYNERGY-preparing (Saving Your Nation's ENerGY) for spring and saving on natural resources. Bring your recycleable items to help decorate planters for those beautiful Texas spring flowers. Kids bring your bikes and learn about bike safety.
