COMMUNITY MANAGER
Fort Hood Family Housing is seeking a Community Manager.
Candidates should possess a strong background in all the following areas:
· Property Management
· Staff supervision
· Ensure compliance with state, federal and military policies and procedures.
· Meeting budgeted occupancy and managing budget for community.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative, but not exclusive, of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four year college or university is preferred, but not required.
- Five years of related experience including a proven track record of progressive responsibility.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills are a must in addition to meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial software applications, database, spreadsheets and word processing required. Proficiency in Excel preferred.
- NALP and Fair Housing Preferred.
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
