CIII is also a close driving distance to the main PX and Commissary. Comanche III is the largest housing village at Fort Hood with 1300 homes. We house military families from E1-E9, O1-O3, and WO1-WO3 in our 3 and 4 bedroom duplex style homes. All of our homes in CIII come fully equipped with a dishwasher, full size refrigerator with an ice maker, gas stove, sink disposal, ample amounts of cupboard space, central air and heat, an indoor laundry room and an outside storage shed. Our 3 and 4 bedroom Legacy Homes feature large closets, a carport, sliding glass doors, fenced in backyards and a half bath down stairs with a large kitchen and great dining/living room area. Our 4 bedroom Expansion Homes are available for ranks E4-E9. They feature a master suite with a full bath, ceiling fan and walk in closet. The home also features French doors that lead to the privacy fenced back yard, a half bath down stairs and a large pantry/laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. Our Community Center offers extended hours and on-site staff to assist you with any concerns you have and there are self-help items available free of charge.
